$65.00 per chef per hour (minimum 4 hours, including set-up and travel).

sushi chefs will:

Arrive at your appointed destination
Set up a mobile sushi station (water, sink and electricity are required)
Prepare and serve various nigiri and maki on demand
Track ordering
Clean and break down equipment
Provide casual conversation on the art of sushi and Japanese cuisine
